I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. While my room in the newer part of the building offered a balcony with a lovely lake view and a quiet atmosphere, it was a bit inconvenient being farther from the breakfast room and facing the main road instead of the lake. The service was friendly and somewhat helpful, but communication could be challenging if you don't speak basic Italian. The location, with stunning views from various points, was definitely a highlight despite the lack of safe pavements. The dining experience ranged from okay to amazing, with a great selection of drinks at the bar. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.

The hotel's location right on the lake with a balcony for sunset views is a definite highlight despite the outdated and below expectations room. The friendly and helpful service, especially when our elderly dog was ill, was a comforting touch. However, the lack of safe pavements and dated facilities were drawbacks to an otherwise pleasant stay.
